What MyTalli is

MyTalli is a revenue dashboard. It connects to platforms you already use — Stripe, Etsy, Gumroad, PayPal, Shopify — and shows you the data they make available, in one place. It also lets you record manual revenue, expenses, and payouts that aren't tied to a connected platform.

MyTalli is not a payment processor, a tax advisor, an accountant, an auditor, or a financial advisor. The data we display is read from third-party platforms; we display it as accurately as we can but do not guarantee it. Decisions you make based on that data are your own.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyTalli. If you connect a platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft. We do not store your password — keeping your sign-in provider account secure is your responsibility. One account per person; do not share an account.

You are responsible for the activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email hello@mytalli.com immediately.

Connected platforms

When you connect a platform, you authorize MyTalli to read sales, fees, and payout data from your account on that platform. We do not write back — MyTalli will never create, edit, or delete anything on a connected platform.

Each connected platform has its own terms of service that you remain bound by. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or behavior of those platforms. If a platform changes or removes its API, your data may stop syncing through no fault of ours. You can pause or disconnect any platform from the Platforms page at any time.

Subscriptions and billing

• The free tier is available indefinitely with the limits stated on the pricing page.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout. Stripe handles all billing.
• You can cancel any time from My Plan. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
• We may change pricing or plan limits with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you don't accept the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
• If a payment fails, we will retry through Stripe and may pause Pro features until the issue is resolved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use MyTalli to facilitate any illegal activity or to launder funds.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from MyTalli except through features we provide (such as CSV export).
• Probe, attack, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service.
• Use MyTalli to store data that does not belong to you or that you do not have authority to process.
• Resell or sublicense access to MyTalli without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you put into MyTalli — manual entries, notes, shop names, goals. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service to you. We don't claim any ownership of your data.

Service availability

We aim to keep MyTalli running smoothly but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may take the service down for maintenance, updates, or to respond to issues. The free tier carries no service-level agreement.

Disclaimers

MYTALLI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE DATA SHOWN IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN TAX, ACCOUNTING, AND BUSINESS DECISIONS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYTALLI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyTalli harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

You can stop using MyTalli at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing hello@mytalli.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. On termination, the sections of these terms that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top, and for material changes we will notify you by email. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MyTalli regarding the service. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
